Course and Refund Policy

Course Policy: Please take note of our course start times. If course participant is not in attendance of the start of the course they will be refused entry into the course and marked a no show.  

Refund Policy: 

• If you cancel your registration 5 business days prior to the start of your course, you will be refunded your money less the$20 administration fees. 
• Less than 5 business days - 48 hours before your course:  you will be refunded half of your registration amount of the course. 
• Less than 48 hours from the start of the course: your funds have been forfeited and will not receive a refund. 
• If you do not show up for the start of your course (Marked NO SHOW) you have forfeited your funds for the program, and will need to repay for a new spot. 

Transfers:  Provided you have notified us before the start of the course that you need a transfer we will allow you to transfer to another course of your choosing, this will be upon verification of the transfer. The transfer will only be allowed ONCE, a second transfer request will be denied and your funds will be forfeited. New registration with payment will be required after that.
